Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery

We will do all we can to assure that your customized piece of furniture is delivered to you on time. We are excited to offer free delivery and assembly service. Our friendly team will contact you to arrange a convenient date and time of delivery.

To reschedule, please contact us 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time to avoid a rescheduling fee of SGD30.

If nobody is present at the scheduled delivery time and place, we will contact you to reschedule the delivery at a cost of SGD30.

DELIVERY CHANGES
Delivery in Singapore, unless specified below, is for free. CUSTO is currently only available in Singapore, if you are interested in our products do get in touch with us and we will update you when it is available in your area
INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
All undelivered orders will be returned to our distribution centre and restocked. To reschedule for a delivery to the correct delivery address, we will contact you to arrange for the next available delivery with a re-delivery fee of $30, paid cash to the delivery company.
RESCHEDULING OF DELIVERY
Customers may reschedule the delivery 24 hours before the delivery date subjected to availability of next delivery slot. For rescheduling of delivery within 24 hours of agreed delivery, Custo will charge a re-delivery fee of $30, paid cash to the delivery company.
NOT PRESENT TO RECEIVE DELIVERY
We dispatch small packages through our logistic partners and on the day of delivery, you will get a notification via SMS or call. If you are unable to take delivery, you may choose to reschedule the delivery, get it received by your apartment security, or placed at your door step, at your own risk. If items are returned to our distribution centre, our logistics team will reschedule the delivery which is subject to a fee of $30.
RECEIVING ITEMS
On delivery, customer or 3rd party appointed by the customer shall inspect the item(s) and the surroundings carefully before our carrier leaves the premise. Any damage(s) detected should be immediately reported to the carrier and noted on the delivery copy. You will also need to email us at [email protected] and provide order number, a detailed description of fault, and photos (or video, where appropriate) showing the damage or fault. We will then reply within 3 working days. In the event an exchange for the defect piece cannot be made, custo reserves the right to offer a substitute or full refund. All full refund due to defects will be refunded by the following: Purchase Price - Refund Fee = Refunded Amount (S$). Customers who do not inspect the goods or surroundings upon delivery, accepts the condition as is by signing their acceptance on the delivery order. The delivery order then serves as evidence of the condition of the goods and surroundings as at the time of delivery. Hence, any new defect findings at a later stage will not be entertained.
REFUSAL OF ENTRY BY BUILDING MANAGEMENT
Should the building management reject admittance of our delivery team, delivery will be rescheduled accordingly with a delivery fee of $30. Custo reserves the right to reschedule the delivery, subject to availability of next delivery slot.
UNABLE TO ACCESS THE ELEVATOR OR OTHER INTENDED AREAS
We agree to deliver goods to you on the understanding that reasonable access is available. It is your responsibility to check measurements to ensure your goods will fit in the intended areas. If reasonable access is unavailable or if it becomes hazardous (i.e. items prone to damage on narrow stairway, obstruction of passageway); we reserve the right to cancel the delivery.
DELAYED DELIVERY DUE TO UNFORESEEN SITUATIONS

In the event of delay in shipment due to unforeseen situations, CUSTO reserves the right to reschedule the delivery, subjected to availability of next delivery slot. We will inform you as soon as possible about the next possible delivery date.
No specific time of delivery can be provided. A time frame will be advised but cannot be guaranteed.
CUSTO is not be liable for any consequences or any loss suffered or expenses incurred (whether direct or indirect) due to the delay in the shipment/delivery of the goods and no such delay shall entitle the customer to treat this agreement as being repudiated by custo or to any comparison.

Returns

We are confident that you will love your bespoke CUSTO furniture, but if you are not satisfied with your design we give you a 80% store credit to design another piece. 20% of the original invoiced amount will be deducted for logistics and handling. To proceed with the refund, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
