An innovative, interactive customization tool offers customers a unique way to optimize their home and work spaces with a personalized storage solution that meets their needs. Customers start their CUSTOmization journey by selecting from a range of smart and functional designs created by sister company Weijenberg’s. The end result is a unique product cut from highest quality plywood, delivered right to the doorstep within two to four weeks.

Sales Executive

Full-time, based in Singapore. For Singaporeans and PRs only.

CUSTO aims to satisfy the need for smartly designed furniture that can fit perfectly into irregular spaces by offering customers an easy to use online tool which enables them to tailor dimensions and features to create their own perfectly fitting piece. CUSTO is looking for a Sales Executive to help build our business in Singapore.

Job Description
  • Identify business opportunities by prospecting, researching and analysing sales opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals by strategically sourcing new customers, building productive relationships and recommending CUSTO’s tailored solutions.
  • Proactively manage and optimize the sales cycle.
  • Provide regular reports for the mangement and maintain sales pipelines.
  • Proactively identify product improvements or new product requirements.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and market activities.
Skills And Requirements
  • Advanced presentation and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in prospecting and cold calling
  • Effective sales planning and pipeline management.
  • Accurate forecasting and history of meeting sales goals.
  • Independent and motivated with a high energy level.
  • Can do attitude, emphasizing excellence.
  • Intermediate computer skills, good use of Microsoft Office
  • Experience in working with property developers is of advantage.
